Andy is a Fort Wayne native and a graduate of Indiana University. He began his residential and commercial real estate career in 1984 and now has more than 20 years' experience as a real estate broker and developer. His most notable projects include Airport North Ofice Park in Fort Wayne, 8@69 Retail Development in Auburn, the Valley Outlet Center in Fremont, and the new Village of Glenbrook in Fort Wayne.

As a partner in RCI Development, Andy joined the BND Commercial team in 2010.
