Chris was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He graduated from Snider High School and Indiana University. After college, Chris moved to Indianapolis where he opened and successfully operated a small chain of retail stores.

Chris sold his interest in the business and moved back home to Fort Wayne in 1990. He then became a co-owner of a successful Class 8 truck dealership. He grew the business and expanded with multiple locations in operation. After 17 years of profitable operation, he sold his share of the business in 2007.

Chris is married to Leslye, and they are the proud parents of three children. Chris enjoys golfing, hockey, and is active with the youth of our community.
